Our Story
CCTV AMC Services Bangalore was founded in 2013 by a team of security systems engineers who saw a gap in the market: businesses and residents were investing in CCTV systems, but had no reliable, professional option for ongoing maintenance. Most vendors would install a system and disappear — leaving clients to deal with camera failures, DVR crashes, and storage issues on their own.
We started with a simple promise: a written AMC contract, a guaranteed response time, and a technician who actually shows up. That promise has not changed. Over the past decade, we have grown from a 3-person team serving south Bangalore to a 25-person operation covering every corner of the city.
