1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

CCTV AMC Services Bangalore provides Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services for CCTV and surveillance systems. The specific scope of services, pricing, and terms for each AMC are defined in the individual service agreement signed between us and the client.

3. AMC Contract Terms

The following general terms apply to all AMC contracts unless otherwise specified in the individual agreement:

• AMC contracts are for a period of 12 months from the date of signing.
• Scheduled maintenance visits are conducted as per the agreed frequency (quarterly or bi-annual).
• Emergency call-outs for faults within the AMC scope are included at no additional charge.
• Parts replacement due to physical damage, power surge, or natural causes is charged separately unless explicitly included in the contract.
• The client must provide safe and unobstructed access to all cameras, DVR/NVR, and cable routes during service visits.

4. Payment Terms

AMC fees are payable in advance for the full contract period unless a payment schedule is agreed in writing. Invoices for out-of-scope work are payable within 7 days of issue. We reserve the right to suspend service for overdue payments.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the AMC contract for the relevant period. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of data, loss of footage, or security incidents that occur despite our maintenance services.

6. Cancellation

Either party may cancel the AMC with 30 days' written notice. In the event of cancellation by the client, a pro-rated refund will be provided for the unused portion of the contract, less any costs incurred for services already rendered.

7. Website Use
